I remember how i had to get into a lot of discussions and had to go thriough a lot of parenting advices on why it was and was NOT healthy to put your child in playgroup at an early age.
I always felt that Abdullah is a very active child and instead of sitting idle he needs to learn new things, meet new people and explore more.
With this idea in mind we started searching for some playgroups that followed the same mindset theories and went on the track where the kid was nurtured and teachers worked on his personality more than academics.
We did find a school named Veritas Learning Circle and boy we had fallen with their kid friendly setup and humble attitude towards new parents or old from the beginning.
Today while i attended a SNAP Festival at my sons school i realised how important and crucial it was to choose a school that matched my kids personality.
We knew it was a hard shot to find any setup specially in Karachi, as this city is notoriously famous for dog tiring competitions amongst students in academics from a very early age. I wanted my son to be competitive too but take its own time to build in this quality. And a lot of training to be good at it.
I will be talking more about how things came to be. I feel the struggle a new mom goes through for their sons school experience is real. I know how it felt to leave my son at school for the first time and how sad i had been that whole time till i didnt go and pick him up.
